Law of Attraction



I went to MPH earlier and spend almost an hour reading this book. The contents of the book are mainly about on how to attract all the things you desire, how to make your dream, not just a dream but into a reality and etc. It's pretty interesting though i have no time to finish reading the entire book.

It is something like what are you attracting into your life? Our thoughts can attract to us the situations and things that we focus and concentrate on the most. Thoughts become things then?

Eyup!

Think of a time when you thought of something that you wanted really badly. You wanted it so bad that you were able to manifest it. Did you also have times when you didn't want something really badly, but got that as well?

These things were attracted to you by the way of your dominant thoughts. Dominant thoughts are the thoughts that we focus and concentrate on the most and they are emotionalized. Emotion can be characterized as the catalyst of creative thought. The more emotion, positive or negative, attached to what you are thinking about, the faster it becomes reality.

I know this sound a little fluffy, but isn't this the same idea as praying?

We are then the creators of our lives. As much as we think we are not in control, it is directly the opposite. We are always in control. We always make the decisions. If we are influenced, we allowed it. We make the choices about what we think and do, so we can change them, if we desire to.

Remember that you will attract into your life exactly what you dwell on the most. Decide to think, focus and concentrate on what you want. Do not focus and concentrate on what you don't want.

Also remember, it's never too late to change. Just because things have not gone the way you want them to up until this point, it's ok. I believe that the past does not equal the future. We are still creating each day. Let's begin to create what we want. Most of all, if we want to attract more good things into our lives, lets feel grateful for what we already have. Gratitude is one of the keys to a complete life. We have so much to be grateful for already. The great thing is, when we are grateful for what we already have, we will get more to be grateful for.

and if we have positive thoughts, we'll get positive results in our lives. And conversely, if we think negative thoughts, we'll get negative results.

So is this really true? We are the ones who control the thoughts we think, so we can control the direction of our lives. In fact, our thoughts are probably the only one thing in life that we truly can have control of. So, positive thinking is a choice we can make. Oprah Winfrey, is one of the most successful people in the world. I remember watching her on The Oprah Winfrey Show where she promoted 'The Awakening', it's a book and also there's this dvd called 'The Secret'. I don't know if this is the one that i found on YouTube, but i think it is rather inspiring.. =)
